John-Michael ‘HAWK’ Quisenberry Seminar coming to UMAOC
SPECIAL EVENT:
UMAOC is proud to welcome John-Michael ‘HAWK’ Quisenberry for this upcoming BJJ seminar. He will be training with us February 2nd and 3rd in the evening and then he will be sharing his BJJ knowledge in the seminar on February 4th. There will also be a special class for the ladies after the seminar. John will be conducting a self-defense class for women and all donations during that time will go to charity. Having spent most of his life in Florida and Hawaii it was while enlisted in the United States Coast Guard that John-Michael “Hawk” was introduced to Relson Gracie jiu-jitsu in 1996 while stationed in Hawaii. Since then he has excelled as both a competitor and instructor in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, even being honored with the invitation to teach at Relson Gracie’s main academy. Having been taken under Relson’s wing and even into his home for many years John-Michael was fortunate to befriend and train with some of the best practitioners in the world both in the United States and in Brazil annually as part of the family.
